A Licence to Occupy is a long-term contractual right to enjoy a defined number of luxury accommodation nights at Waimarino Lodge each year, issued in exchange for an upfront licence fee.
It provides:
- A fixed annual cash return (9% Yr 1 > 10% Yr 5)
- 14 nights stay every year (valued from $29,000 to $290,000)
- Guaranteed buy back at a 20% premium at the end of Year 5
- 4 different LTO’s - Garden, Luxury or Premium Villa or Residence.
- No outgoings, maintenance or obligations.
